- Slimming World and Weight Watchers etc only work because, well they are putting you in a calorie deficit. The problem is they do this in an unsustainable way and teach you nothing, which is why 90% of people put the weight straight back on and more.
- If your wee is yellow or it smells- Drink more water!!
