During my time at Sheffield Hallam University studying Sport & Exercise Science BSc, I found a true passion for Nutrition, Health and Training and went on to complete my level 3 Personal Training certification. Upon finishing University, with a 1st ;), I went straight into work at Virgin active where I discovered Personal Training was the career I wanted to focus on.

Age 22 I moved to Spain, soon to find work in Gibraltar where I worked successfully with clients for 3 years at Ocean Village and Atlantic suites Gym.

Age 25 I got ‘my dream job’ as a personal trainer at Ultimate Performance Marbella– arguably the world’s best personal training business in the industry.

Working in the Fitness Industry for over 6 years, my passion to help clients is forever growing. I have learnt the effective and successful ways of helping clients achieve their body composition goals through fitness and nutrition.

Building clients confidence, making them feel stronger, fitter and healthier, and seeing them leave every session with a smile is so motivated and rewarding.
