Egg muffins. The perfect on-the-go breakfast, lunch or snack!! 👌🏻👏🏼

& They lasts up to 5 days in the fridge 😄 So you can make lots in one go for the week.

To make 6 muffins…
• 4 whole eggs
• 4 egg whites
• 1 onion- finely chopped
• 1 pepper- finely chopped
• salt, pepper, turmeric & chilli flakes to taste

1. Preheat oven 200🌡
2. Fry off onion and pepper until soft.
3. Beat the eggs and add the salt, pepper and any other spices you wish to add.
4. Add all ingredients equally to silicone cases.
5. Place in oven for 30 minutes until browned.

Could also add cottage cheese, cherry tomatoes, mushrooms, ham or whatever you like really 🥳👌🏻
