The perfect recipe on pancake day, or when your simply craving something sweet like pancakes but do not want to fall off track.

Simple, healthy and yummy!!

  • 1 egg
  • 2 egg white
  • 1 medium banana

Mash banana well with a folk. Whisk egg and egg whites together and mix well with the banana. Fry the mixture as mini pancakes in a non-stick pan on medium heat. Stack the pancakes for presentation ;).  Microwave 50g blueberries for 30-40 seconds and add on top.

All for just 250 calories. 15g Protein, 35g Carb, 5g fat.
